Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) is considered to be the best athlete in sport. Biles was born in Spring Texas, in the Houston metro area. Biles and her sister Adria were adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone was introduced to gymnastics by her daycare teacher Aimee Borman, when she was just six years old. She was a student at Bannon's Gymnastix for 11 years. Biles, who won the gold and bronze medals in the women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 in vault and floor exercise before her debut in 2011 in the elite category of competition. Within two years she had won the sport. What stood Biles apart was the consistency of her fun-loving personality, and the high degree of challenge she integrated into her routines in all four events--vault uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises.
