Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. At the end 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She placed 3rd in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. In three months she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectations. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as feasible. One way to achieve this is by supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
