Born in Rochester, New York, Sharp was an avid musician and studied clarinet as well as piano and cello at the prestigious Hochstein School of Music. After gaining a scholarship at The Boston Conservatory because of her love for theater in schools Sharp applied to The Boston Conservatory. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. from the Conservatory, Sharp set her sights on the stage. Sharp appeared in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp was also in Abyssinia as well as Aida as well as Thunder Knockin Jitney along with The Producers. She was even a reader in August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp is working on several original projects, including screenplays and plays. In addition to singing, Sharp is working on an album. Sharp is an exercise enthusiast who loves to box as well as study Krav Maga. When not being in front or behind of the camera or making music in studio, she enjoys long drives, playing the piano, or hiking. Sharp resides with her family, including her husband and lives in Los Angeles.
